Legal Fees Payable in Buying or Selling a Property

The legal fees payable to a lawyer acting for you when you buy or sell a property is calculated based on the purchase price as follows:-

- For the first RM 150,000, the legal fees payable is 1 %
- For the next RM 850,000, the legal fees payable is 0.7%
- For the next RM 2,000,000, the legal fees payable is 0.6%
- For the next RM 2,000,000, the legal fees payable is 0.5%
- For the next Rm 2,500,000, the legal fees payable is 0.4%
- For the remaining, if any, negotiable

For instance, if the purchase price is RM 400,000. The calculation is as follows-
Total legal fees = ( RM 150,000 x 1% ) + (RM 250,000 x 0.7%)

No discount rule

According to Solicitors' Remuneration Order, lawyers are strictly not allowed to give discount in conveyancing matters.

So this is how you need to set aside the budget for buying home for current pricing that have gone to RM200 K.
I pity for person who have to pay more for the lawyer and loan percentage.

Now , You must be wondering why I make the title so weird like a retarded school boy( which is not, OK). Actually, the title is revolving around the drama(or Moon Geun Young-the actress) I watched recently

Well I'm gonna talk about the drama that I recently watch.
Mary Stayed Out All Night/ Marry Me Mary.

The cast look delectable for any K-Drama lover.

Review for 1st episode.
This drama will make you go either "Awww, So Cute" or "WTF"

Because most of the scene will make you wonder , are they in high doses of medication or sober after the night partying. Moon Geun Young cutesy + airhead really got me. Her Puss in the Boots expression is really all-kill for this episode. XD

Jang Geun Seuk really know how to be a hobo with his acting. Not to mention he can sing, pretty well for saving his own ass in the biz! JK JK

As for other cast, they consider the icing on the cake , helping the story become more interesting with the wacky antics of Wi Mary in the story,Mu Gyeol "I don't care" looks, eccentric Seo Jun, and Robot-Like Jeong In.

for Episode 1, I can give 3.5/5 because the storyline is enough to intrigue you to watch or to dump this episode for more interesting drama at the times.

Well around my semester break start, my friend have been begging me to play with him this game and I did play that game with prepaid because I just want to test the game itself for a month to see its worthiness

So far have been laddering and still in bronze league

I blame my laptop since I cannot make any army without lagging or delaying the game LOL

Well no use in crying over spoiled milk >_<. I gotta have to make do with it. My review for this game is that It is 8.5/10 stars I can give to them. Why? Mainly because it has way cooler graphics from it predecessor (Starcraft).
The game boast its fluidity in terms of controlling units and maps easily for people who have a very slow hands like me. The ladder is kinda ok system, but I feel strange playing with strangers because they usually become cocky and somewhat awkward.
Well, I play this game with my usual practice partner aka skype friend / forums buddies/ facebook buddies I haven't met face to face Suffice to say, this game is okay if you have funny or considerate partner to practice with.
